Viking DFO Skid

Description

Duplex Fuel Oil skid is used as an auxiliary supply support skid to the generators, boilers, etc for emergency fuel supply. Fuel ranges from Diesel, Petrol, fuel oil, etc.

Applications

Generators are used in housing societies, hotels, resorts, offices, companies, terminals, etc.

Scope of Supply

2nos Pumps, couplings, coupling guards, motors – 1 Running/1Stand By
  • Pump with mechanical seal & internal RV: Cast Iron Material of Construction as per ASTM & ISO Stds & performance as per API676 standards (Options : UL Listed Pumps available) (Other MOCs i.e. Carbon steel, SS316 also available)
  • Motors: IEC Frame Foot Mounted, 50 Hz, Flame proof, IIA/IIB, T3/T4, (Options: ATEX/non-ATEX; UL/non-UL)
  • Couplings: Flexible jaw Type Coupling
  • Coupling Guard: MS Open Ended Coupling Guard (Options: Completely enclosed OSHA std)

Piping, bends & Tees for the running & stand by pump: MS Piping, Bends, Tees (Schedule 40 carbon steel piping and nipples)

Strainers: Cast Iron Casing with SS internals (Y type Simplex & Duplex Basket Strainers options available)

Pressure Gauges: 0 to 200psi (with a 2.5” dial)

Valves: Gate valve & Spring Check Valve (MOC : Brass)

Baseplate: MS Flat Tray Type Base (Options : Channel Type base options available)

Optional

  • Control Panel: Is customizable as per customer requirement (Can be offered as per FLP/ATEX/IEC/NEMA stds as per customer requirement)
  • Flow Switch & Pressure switch: Is customizable as per customer requirement

Quality & Tests Conducted at factory

  • Pump performance test
  • Skid Hydro test
  • Motor Routine Test Certificate
  • Motor Hazardous area/ATEX/CCOE certificate (Differs from project to project as per requirement)
  • Pump Conformity / Traceability Certificate – Optional (Differs from project to project as per requirement)
  • Manufacturer Certification for all other accessories
