Overview
Dynamic compressors using contactless rotating impellers and integrated sound absorbers to transfer energy to the conveyed medium. Gas is sucked in via an integrated sound absorber, stripped off at the interceptor point on the pressure side, and flows out through a second integrated sound absorber. These side channel blowers have an operating capacity range of up to 1500 CFM and can achieve an end vacuum up to 21.5 ″Hg or a pressure of 15 PSIG.
In pneumatic conveying especially, side channel blowers generate continuous airflow or vacuum to efficiently move dry bulk materials like powders, granules, and pellets through closed pipelines. Operating without contact or oil, they deliver reliable, contamination-free, and low-maintenance pressure or suction ideal for dilute-phase transfer in food, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing.
