    CORKEN offers oil-free reciprocating compressors to handle flammable, toxic and volatile fluids which include butadiene, propylene, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and refrigerant among others. CORKEN has vertical and horizontal reciprocating compressors made of ductile iron material, available in single acting and double acting design. Vertical compressors are available up to 45 HP and Horizontal compressors are available from 45 HP to 75 HP. D-Style (Single Piston Piece with Double Packing) and T-Style (Double Distance Piece with Triple Packing) variants provides excellent leakage control, widely used to handle toxic gases. T-Style design is ideally act as leak proof with purge kit and comply with environmental protection agency’s requirement set for fugitive control emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC). Vertical compressors are available with Plain Style, D-Style and T-Style variants; however Horizontal compressors are available in only Plain Style and T-Style. Compressor parts, O-rings and Gaskets are available in wide range of materials to cater demand of volatile gas processers. Vertical reciprocating compressors are available with ANSI flanges and horizontal compressors come with slip-on weld flanges. German comply ductile iron made DIN are optional provided for maximum thermal shock endurance. Overall CORKEN offers custom engineered package which include skid mounting, control panels, receiver tank, safety control, valves, pulsation dampers and other accessories.
